GPDR RULES
We do everything we can to meet the GPDR-rules.
GDPR means a lot of rules and they could be difficult for small companies to understand.
The aim of the General Data Protection Regulation is to advance companies’ protection of personal data. One of the most important requirements put on companies is to document that personal data are processed in compliance with the rules.
5 IMPORTANT GDPR-RULES
All GDPR-rules are important, but special attention should be paid to the following 5 ones. Your company is obliged to:
- Keep records
- Prove that the company complies with the principles of good data processing described in the law.
- Prove that the company has adopted suitable technical and organizational measures.
- Inform customers and employees about the processing of data.
- Prove that the company complies with the legislation e.g., in case of consent, data processors etc.
OTHER PERTINENT GDPR-RULES
In fact, we could go on and on mentioning important issues, since there are so many other GDPR rules to keep track of. Your company should:
- Draw up a risk assessment of the processing of personal data.
- Make special deals about data protection with its data processors.
- Supervise its data processors.
- Use data protection by means of design and data protection by means of standard settings.
- Observe the rights of customers and employees.
- Check the legislation, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation
